About Us

Cousins Alex and CJ Karchon grew up in Metro Detroit in the late 80’s. With a family business in the automotive industry, the two were surrounded by manufacturing. From an early age, they started working on the manufacturing floor, doing everything from counting inventory to loading stamping presses and lasers.

When it was time to go to college, the two stayed in the Midwest and studied business at the Indiana University’s Kelley School. Upon graduation, Alex and CJ rejoined the family automotive business, this time working in the front office. The two young and ambitious cousins were mentored by their uncle/father. The succession plan was in place.

After learning the ins and outs of the automotive business, the cousins were determined to diversify the business into new end markets. They figured out how to successfully enter the defense industry through capability diversification and made a few acquisitions along the way. Since that time, the two have started several companies in the firearms, outdoor, and recreational lifestyle industries. Manufacturing is in their blood and improving efficiencies in businesses is what they breathe.
